There are only a few possible errors that may occur while using the QR scanning.

  • If during the login procedure there was an error in communication, just restart the EasyTime application on your smart telephone, login, and try again
  • If the timestamp on the QR code is out of sync with your phone for more than 60 seconds, just update the clock on your mobile device.
